Return Policy

Instructions for RETURNING A damaged OR DEFECTIVE ITEM:

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic detailed steps:


  • Contact  Burts Remedies Customer Service concerning the damaged or defective item. Contact us at customerservice@burtsremedies.com or 1-888-352-3293

  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.

  • Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.

  • A returned product must be returned in original box and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure return credit for replacement order.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.* When replacement order is sent, your Burts Remedies Account will be immediately credited for the return shipping charges.

  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO FILE A NOTICE OF DAMAGE WITH BURT’S REMEDIES.  WE CANNOT ACCEPT OR EVEN PROCESS A NOTICE OF DAMAGE AFTER 7 CALANDAR DAYS OF RECEIPT.  Once Burts Remedies received the damaged or defective item we will immediately exchange the damaged or defective item for a new item.  A credit will be issued to your account with Burts Remedies for the costs associated with return shipping the damaged/defective product to us via UPS Standard Ground shipping.
