Shipping Policy

 Shipping Rates & Policies:

  • Order by 5 Eastern Time and We Will Ship the Same Day

  • Domestic Shipping (includes United States and the U.S. Territories*)

  • Free shipping with orders over $100 within continental U.S. (including tax)

Order by 5, We Will Ship the Same Day

  • Domestic orders placed by 5 PM Eastern Time will be packed and shipped the same day, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected.  Out-of-stock items will be processed as quickly as possible, but cannot be shipped out the same day.

Next Day Shipping

  • All next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday, pending credit card and delivery verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Back-ordered items

  • All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once they become available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship via standard ground.  Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.  Your back-order will be automatically shipped when all the products are available.

 

We keep you informed

  • We will send you a shipment confirmation email once we have passed your order on to the shipping company. From there, you can track your order online.

 

Fine Print

  • Shipping rates are per order, not per package.

  • If we are unable to verify your credit card, that may delay shipping.

  • If your mailing address is input incorrectly this may delay the shipping.

  • For split shipments, you may see two credit card authorizations instead of one. Please rest assured that this is normal, and you are not being double-billed.

 

Returns & Refunds
